For example:
The Brief:
The CEO of a multinational company wants to tell employees about the mid year financials and their implications ahead of any press reaction. She wants to be sure that this commercially sensitive information is protected. She also wants to know she’s getting her money’s worth from using Phonecast.
The Action:
Phonecast record the CEO message in the company boardroom, edit it and obtain sign off. This sensitive material has not left the company offices.
The message is uploaded to the Phonecast platform direct from the company offices, placed on an exclusive test line for the client to make a final check (especially if there is any interactivity).
Turnaround from the initial recording to final sign off is only a matter of hours.
Then, either on instruction from the client or at a specific time (usually to synchronise with the London Stock Exchange), the message is connected to a specially allocated 0800 number. An SMS generated by the client (so Phonecast does not need access to the employee database) tells employees the message is available.
The Result:
Phonecast monitors the call rates and durations (and any interactivity) and reports back to the client at regular intervals (or for crucial messages arranges for the client to have direct access to this data whenever they want).
The CEO knows how many employees listened to her message.
She knows how much of the message they listened to.
She knows what they thought about the message.
She knows exactly what she got for her money.
All before the next day's headlines are written.
